Delivery

  • Thai Supermarket shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Thai Supermarket. We deliver only to addresses within mainland Singapore including Sentosa Island. For deliveries to outlying islands and Jurong Island, please contact us at contact@thaisupermarket.sg Thai Supermarket does not deliver internationally at this point.

Should the recipient be not at home at point of delivery, permission to leave the orders at the doorstep will be requested.If permission is not granted/recipient is unreachable, we will rearrange for a FOC redelivery at the nearest date possible; subsequent redeliveries wille be at $6.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to change the items upon order confirmation. Please ensure that you have the correct orders.
  • Your order will be proceesed upon check out. Should there be any changes in order status on our end, we will contact you directly. Alternatively, you can simple register as a customer on the website and click on "Order Status" for easier access.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, Thai Supermarket currently do not accept any exchanges/refunds unless the customers received wrong/spoilt/damaged product liable on our part.
